Mochi

Ingredients

  • 1/2 block mochi
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit of your choice or 4 tablespoons of raisins
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds, sunflower seeds or chopped nuts (e.g. almonds or walnuts)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre-heat oven to 450ºF.
2. Cut mochi into 2-inch pieces.
3. Place pieces 1 inch apart on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until pieces puff up and brown.
4. Top or stuff with fruit/raisins and seeds/nuts.
5. Eat warm.
