Ingredients

  • Meanwhile mix together:
  • 2 pounds of carrots cut into coin size pieces (about 5 cups)
  • Cook carrots until tender and drain.
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can or 1/4 cup tomato soup (as desired)
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
