Ingredients
- Meanwhile mix together:
- 2 pounds of carrots cut into coin size pieces (about 5 cups)
- Cook carrots until tender and drain.
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can or 1/4 cup tomato soup (as desired)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper

Add carrots. Set on counter over night, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
