Hot Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 – 11 oz. cans Green Giant Mexicorn, drained
  • 2 cups pepperjack cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Jalapeno peppers to taste (I used about 1 fresh jalapeno chopped finely)

Preparation

Step 1

Blend ingredients and bake uncovered at 350° for about 30 minutes until browned and bubbling.

The recommended serving chip is Fritos Scoops according to the woman that shared the recipe with me but any chip will do.
