Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen fruit of your choice (e.g. peaches, strawberries and blueberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 scoop of natural protein powder or 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoon spirulina powder or 2 teaspoons maca powder (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
Note: you can make this the night before and store it in a covered glass in the fridge
