Rigatoni and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 teasp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1/4 teasp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 teasp. basil
  • 1/3 cup canned chicken broth
  • 1/2 lb. rigatoni, cooked and drained
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Fry garlic in oil, cook broccoli until just tender. Cook rigatoni, add

basil, red pepper to olive oil. Toss with rigatoni and broccoli and add

chicken broth
