LEMON-PESTO CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 1 package Knorr® Creamy Pesto sauce mix
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet, over medium-high heat and brown chicken, stirring occasionally.

Stir in lemon juice and cook 1 minute. Stir in milk and Knorr® Creamy Pesto sauce mix and bring to a boil.

Stir in cheese. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 3 minutes. Toss sauce with hot pasta. Enjoy your creation!

Great over cheese tortellini! Also, mix in veggies (broccoli and zucchini works great) and / or fresh mozzarella
