Ingredients
- 1 15 oz pkg of Oreo Cookies crushed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 gallon of mint chocolate chip ice cream or flavor of your choice
- 1 12 oz jar Smuckers Fudge Topping
- 1 8 oz Cool Whip
- extra cookie crumbs to sprinkle on top
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cookies and butter together and press in a 9 x 13 pan.
Soften ice cream and spread on cookie crust and freeze 1 hour
Spread Fudge Topping over ice cream and freeze one hour
Spread over topping and and then sprinkle cookie crumbs on top and freeze until ready to serve.
