Frozen Fudge Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz pkg of Oreo Cookies crushed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 gallon of mint chocolate chip ice cream or flavor of your choice
  • 1 12 oz jar Smuckers Fudge Topping
  • 1 8 oz Cool Whip
  • extra cookie crumbs to sprinkle on top

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cookies and butter together and press in a 9 x 13 pan.

Soften ice cream and spread on cookie crust and freeze 1 hour

Spread Fudge Topping over ice cream and freeze one hour

Spread over topping and and then sprinkle cookie crumbs on top and freeze until ready to serve.
