  • 1 Butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4-1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbl Sugar
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 and line a cookie sheet with foil.
Mix olive oil and sugar together in small bowl.
Pour over squash in lg bowl and toss until coated.
Spread squash mix evenly onto cookie sheet and
sprinkle sea salt & pepper.
Roast for 15- 20 minutes or until tender, turning once halfway through cooking time.
