Ingredients

  • 6 cups raw corn, cut fresh (you may use up to 9 cups)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1

Cook together in 5 qt. saucepan for 10 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add 1/4 lb. butter. Cool and freeze in meal size portions.
