- 200 g Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 1 Lemon Zest
- 200 g A.P. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 180 g Melted Butter

Step 1
-Whisk together the sugar, eggs, and lemon zest until light and thick.
-Combine flour and baking powder and incorporate into egg mixture.
-Incorporate melted butter.
-Pipe into greased, floured madeline molds, bake 375F for 5-8 minutes.
