Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon smoky paprika
- dash of black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes in half, lay down on flat side and then cut fries in medium strips. You can cut into wedges also; you have to add 3-4 minutes cooking time. Toss all seasonings in medium bowl with ice water. Place on 4-inch rack and air-fry on high for 20-22 minutes. Flipping is optional.
