Banana Bread Muffins - Allergy Free
A delicious, moist banana bread recipe that is free of dairy, soy, egg, and nuts. Will not disappoint! The finished muffins freeze very well. Make a double batch, freeze them and take out the night before for a homemade treat without the hassle.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- EnerG Egg Replacer for 1 egg
- 1/3 cup oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Grease muffin tin.
3. In large bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
4. In medium bowl mix banana, sugar, egg replacer, and oil.
5. Stir banana mix into the flour mixture.
6. Spoon batter into muffin tin.
7. Bake approx 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
