Accidental 7-Up Biscuits

So my Sister Chrissy is visiting -- I am making biscuits, but, I can't cook and talk at the same time. So, I make a mistake and put ALL ingredients in the bowl -- including the melted butter. I decide to bake them on a Silpatted cookie sheet -- these may be better than the original 7-Up recipe!

Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup 7-up
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1


Mix Bisquick, sour cream , melted butter and 7 up. Dough will be very soft - don't worry. Definite flour up your hands. Gently knead and fold dough until coated with your baking mix. Pat dough out - gently - and cut biscuits using a round biscuit / cookie cutter. Put on Silpat on baking sheet.
Bake in 425 oven for 14-15 minutes.
