*Tip - Freezing Garlic

  • Freezer Bag

Preparation

Step 1

Pull apart the head and peel the papery skin off of each garlic clove. Cut off any brown spots and the hard root end. There is no need to blanch garlic. Put it in a freezer bag w/ air sucked out and label so you know how old it is. Good for up to a year.
