Ingredients

  • 1 package of sugar-free chocolate pudding
  • 1 tub of sugar-free Cool Whip
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup of marshmallow fluff
  • 1 box of low fat honey graham crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together the pudding mix and almond milk. Set aside in fridge.
Mix half the cool whip with the marshmallow fluff. Set aside.
Break apart each honey graham sheet into two. Lay all the cracker halves on a flat surface.
On half of the graham crackers, put one tablespoon of the marshmallow mix.
On the remaining halves, put one tablespoon of the marshmallow mix.
Gently press together a chocolate and marshmallow side. Stack carefully in a large, freezable container.
Freeze for at least two hours before serving.
