  • 4 oz pasta shells cooked and drained
  • 1 C turkey or chicken breast diced
  • 1 C tomato chopped
  • 1/4 chopped celery
  • 2 tab minced red onions
  • 2 tab fresh parsley
  • Dressing
  • 1 tab olive oil 1 tsp parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp dion mustard 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp dill weed salt & pepper
  • 3 tsp red wine vinegar

Step 1

Mix salad ingredients in large bowl.
mix dressing well and pour over pasta mixture, toss. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
