RUM BALLS

  • 1 8 1/2 oz. box of vanilla wafers
  • 1 c. icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. ground walnuts
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. rum
  • Icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Crush vanilla wafers. Blend wafers, sugar, cocoa, walnuts, syrup and rum. Dip hands into icing sugar and roll mixture into small balls. Put into air tight container. These have to ripen before freezing.
