Ingredients
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb boneless porkchops
- butter
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except pork chops to make sauce, let sit for 30 min before cooking
salt and pepper chops
saute pork chops in butter until cooked, approx 7 min per side depending on thickness
remove pork chops from pan and pour in sauce mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce and simmer adding back pork chops for about 2 min.
