WW Big Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon raisins (can leave out)
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 1/4 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 350.
2 Spray cookie sheet with nonstick baking spray
3 Mix all ingredients together.
4 Use Muffin Scoop to measure out big cookie-4 to a sheet
5 Bake 15-20 minutes.
