  • 1 flank steak
  • 1/4 cup salad oil or sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar full cup if you want it sweet
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp or more fresh ginger

2. Grill or broil 5 minutes each side
