Sesame Beef & Asparagus

I serve with either rice or Lo Mein.
The dressing mixed with the steak & asparagus is just so light & refreshing!

Ingredients
- 1 pound top round steak
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, sliced in 2-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
- sesame seeds
- Lettuce leaves, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Broil steak to desired doneness. (I put mine in my Foreman grill for 5 minutes!)
Cool & cut into thin diagonal strips.
Cook asparagus in a small amount of water for 30-60 seconds.
Drain & cool.
Combine beef & asparagus.
Blend soy sauce, oil, vinegar and ginger.
Pour over the beef & asparagus.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds & toss lightly.
Serve warm or at room temperature on lettuce leaves if desired. ( I prefer mine over rice or noodles)
