Wolfgang Puck's Easy Homemade Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a mixing bowl stir together the ingredients until a dough ball forms.

2. Divide dough in half and place in each well of cold Wolfgang Puck Pie Maker.

3. Close lid and plug in.

4. Bake for 14 - 16 minutes or until well browned and cooked through.

5. If biscuits do not touch top lid and brown well, check to see if your baking powder is still fresh.
