Ingredients

  • 3/4 lbs. green beans
  • 2 small garlic cloves,thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. grape tomatoes
  • 1 can(15.5 oz) cannellini beans,rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tbls. plus 2 tsps. red wine vinegar
  • handfull fresh basil leaves, torn
  • I use microwave green beans--cooks faster--this tastes better
  • also can use canned cut green beans

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 2 teaspoons oil. Add green beans and cook 2 minuets.
Add garlic and tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until
tomatoes begin to burst,about 3 mins. Add cannellini beans and
vinegar and cook, stirring,until beans are heated through, about
2 mins. Remove from heat; season to taste with salt and pepper and
sprinkle with basil.

* You can cook longer to make the green beans softer
