Ingredients
- 1 lb fish fillets
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp salt
- bread crumbs
- Sauce
- 1/4 c soya sauce
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c water
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 tbsp flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cut fish in serving size pieces
Dip fish in milk and salt
Roll in bread crumbs
Put a dot of butter on each
Bake at 475 for 20 min per inch
For sauce
Mix all ingredients together ond cook until thick
Serve with fish and sprinkle chopped green onions on top
