Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the egg yolks and beat until light. Gradually mix in the flour until the dough is smooth, blend in the vanilla and almond extract.
Fit a cookie press with your choice of plate. Fill with the dough. Press with the cookies out onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake cookies for 12 to 15 minutes or until just barely golden.
