EGGS-HARD BOILED – IN OVEN!

I had no idea. BEST way to make hard-cooked eggs is in the OVEN! They are tastier, but they also are much easier to peel!

Ingredients

• Large eggs

Step 1

Place eggs in silicone muffin cups so they do not move around, put directly on oven rack and cook in a 300°F oven about 30-35 minutes.

Or use muffin pan.
