Ingredients

  • 1 c cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 c corn oil
  • 1/2 c tomato sauce
  • 2 tbl. hot pepper sauce
  • 3 tbl. drained capers
  • 2 tbl. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black papper
  • 2 c thinly sliced red onions
  • 2 c thinly sliced bell peppr
  • 2 1/2 lbs. large shrimp

Preparation

Step 1

Marinade: mix 1 tbl. vinegar with dry mustard whisk in remaining ingredients stir in onions
and pepper rings put shrimp in large saucepan,cover with water bring to boil,boil 1 minute
remove from heat, cover and let stand 2-3 min. drain, chill under running cold water add to
marinade cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days
