Ingredients
- 2 -1/2 to 3 pound sirloin tip, lean Chuck, or English roast
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup red wine
- yellow mustard
- Flour
- Two small cans of mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons beef base
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Rub meat with mustard and coat with flour. Brown on stovetop. Remove meat from pan and add remaining ingredients to deglaze. Bring to a boil. Pour juice over meet in crockpot. Cook 4 to 6 hours on low setting.
