Baked Mexican Fish

Ingredients

  • 8 Tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup coarsly crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Lay fish fillets in bottom of casserole dish. Pour salsa over top and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Top with crushed chips. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes and serve with sour cream.
