Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 dash of garlic
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 Tablespoon salt
- 3/4 cup water

Beat until smooth. Dip fish into batter. Fry in deep fat at 400 degrees.

This batter was FABULOUS! Crispity crunchedy goodness. We made fish and shrimp, was amazing. This batter would be perfect for tempura batter as well.
