Ingredients
- 3 8-oz blocks mozzarella
- 1 8 1/2 oz. jar sun-dried tomatoes,
- drained & halved
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 t garlic powder
- 3 T finely chopped parsley
- 1 t onion powder
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/2 t Italian seasoning
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- fresh rosemary stems
Preparation
Step 1
Cut cheese into 1" cubes. Arrange cheese & tomatoes in baking dish. Whisk together oil, parsley, & next 6 ingredients; pour over cheese. Cover & chill at least 8 hrs. Transfer to serving dish. Garnish with rosemary stems..
