Meatballs, glazed

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 c bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c minced onion
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 T chopped parsley
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 1/2 c chili sauce
  • 2 T Vegetable oil
  • 1 c grape jelly

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, worcestershire sauce & pepper; mix well. Shape into 1" meatballs. Cook in hot oil 10-15 mins. Drain on paper towels.
Combine chili sauce & jelly in medium pan, stir well. Add meatballs, simmer 30 mins, stirring occasionally. Serve in a chafing dish.
