Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken breast meat, cubed
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated sharp
- cheddar
- 2/3 c. crushed potato chips
- 1 can water chestnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 X 13" baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine chicken, celery, almonds, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, and cheese.
Place mixture in prepared baking dish. Spread potato chips on top.
Bake for 20 min. or until bubbly.
