PASTA SALAD

Ingredients

  • 3 cups spiral pasta (uncooked)
  • 2 ripe tomatoes (chopped and seeded)
  • 1-3 gree onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 green pepper (chopped and seeded)
  • 1/2 cucumber (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Dresssing:
2/3 cups white sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup ketcheup
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
Cok pasta in lightly salted water until tender and allow to cool. Add veggies and store in fridge. 30 minutes before serving, mix in dressing. May be kept for 2-3 days in fridge.
(keeps the pasta, veggies and dressing all separate til about 30 minutes before serving)
