Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3 Tablespoons Karo syrup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 4 Tablespoons strawberry Jello
- 1 quart strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar and cornstarch, add Karo syrup and water. Bring to boil and cook 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Add Jello, cool mixture. Slice strawberries into pie crust. Pour cooled filling over berries and allow to set. Serve with whipped cream.

REVIEW:
Excellent recipe. Had all the items in the house except strawberry Jello but I did have raspberry Jello and used that. Still made a fabulous pie with I might add with a secret bit of a flavor (raspberry). All loved it.
