Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. capicola
- 1/2 lb. imported ham
- 1/2 lb. genoa salami
- 1/2 bl. provolone cheese
- 1/2 head lettuce
- 1 med. onion
- 1 1/2 tomatoes
- Oregano & pepper to taste
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2 T mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Cube each of the meats separately and chop in food processor. Cube all vegetables and chop. Put all ingredients in large bowl, cover with oregano and pepper; add mayo. Mix with hands to feel for texture. If too oily or mayonnaisey, add more meats. Refrigerate and serve with pita, French or Italian bread.
