Hoagie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. capicola
  • 1/2 lb. imported ham
  • 1/2 lb. genoa salami
  • 1/2 bl. provolone cheese
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 1/2 tomatoes
  • Oregano & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 2 T mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Cube each of the meats separately and chop in food processor. Cube all vegetables and chop. Put all ingredients in large bowl, cover with oregano and pepper; add mayo. Mix with hands to feel for texture. If too oily or mayonnaisey, add more meats. Refrigerate and serve with pita, French or Italian bread.
