Ingredients

  • 24 lg cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 c + 2 T chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 c + 2 T EVOO
  • 3 T red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/8 t fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place tomatoes in lg heavy duty zip lock bag. Sprinkle with basil. Combine oil & remaining ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly & shake vigorously. Pour over tomatoes. Turn plastic bag to coat tomatoes. Refrigerate up to 24 hrs, turning bag occasionally. Serve with a slotted spoon.
