Crispy Panko Chicken Tenders & Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- Oil for frying
- 2 pounds chicken tenders
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups Panko
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and cayenne
- Honey Mustard
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat eggs in a bowl and measure flour into another separate dish.
2. Measure the Panko into a shallow dish and add seasonings.
3. Dip the chicken strips into the flour, the beaten egg and dredge in Panko.
4. Fry in the chicken for 6-8 minutes.
Honey Mustard Sauce
Combine all ingredients. Sauce can be held for 1 week in the refrigerator.
