Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 12 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups herb-seasoned croutons
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 11 3/4 × 7 1/2-inch baking dish lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
.2Drain and chop the artichoke hearts. Combine chicken, artichoke hearts and Swiss in a large bowl and mix well.
.3Combine celery, croutons, soup, mayonnaise, milk, onion and salt in a medium bowl and mix well.
.4Add soup mixture to chicken mixture and mix well. Spoon into prepared baking dish.
.5Bake until browned and bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
