  • 2 chicken breasts, roasted or grilled, diced
  • 12 oz package of broccoli slaw
  • 2 medium apples, cored and chopped
  • 4 green onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup orange muscat champagne vinegar (Trader Joe's) or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • sea salt and pepper
