Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 cup butter (softened)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2) Sift together flour, baking soda and salt

3) In a large mixing bowl,combine the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy. Stir in the sour cream and blend well. Add the sifted ingredients and blend well. Add chocolate chips

4) Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes
