Sweet broccoli salad

Ingredients

• Marinade:
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 8 large mushrooms, sliced
• One green/red pepper, sliced
• 3 stalks of celery, chopped
• One head of cauliflower, broken into florets
• Two small yellow squash, sliced
• Six slices cooked bacon
• 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup chopped red onion
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
• One onion, grated
• 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Step 1

Prepare vegetables in a large bowl. Mix marinade in blender, and pour over vegetables and toss.
