Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese, about 1 1/2 cups more
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

1) Cook unpeeled potatoes until done

2) Chill, peel and slice into a large bowl

3) Toss potatoes lightly with cheese

4) Mix melted butter and soup together and add to potatoes

5) Spread into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish

6) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
