Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise-type salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves (about 5 ounces each)
- 1 1/2 cups crushed sesame crackers (or Panko)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine dressing, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, onion powder, cayenne pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix well.
Brush both sides of chicken with salad dressing mixture. Mix cracker crumbs and paprika in a small bowl. Coat the chicken with the cracker crumb mixture. Arrange in an 11x7-inch baking pan.
Bake chicken until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center of the meat registers 180F, about 45 minutes.
