Speedy Thai Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 envelope instant Spicy Thai Chicken Soup Mix - (6 oz)
- 4 ounces sliced white mushrooms - (abt 1 1/2 cups)
In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in instant Spicy Thai Chicken Soup Mix until dissolved. Stir in sliced mushrooms; heat until hot, pour into a soup bowl.
To prepare in microwave: In a large soup bowl, bring 1 cup water to a boil, on high power for about 1 minute. Stir in soup mix and mushrooms; microwave until hot, about 30 seconds longer.
