Ingredients

  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded mozz cheese
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 3 cups spaghetti sauce (32 oz)
  • grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook shells according to directions. Brown pork and beef. Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, mozz cheese, oregano, onion, salt and pepper. Fill each shell with 2 T of filling. Spread layer of sauce on bottom of large casserole. Place shells in pan, cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes.
