Ingredients
- 2 cups Three Rivers Cornmeal mix
- 2 T sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2-1 cup water
- 2 T vegetable oil
- Cornbread
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup corn meal
- 2 T sugar
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t soda
- 1 t salt
- 3 T oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
Preparation
Step 1
Pam pan and add 1 T oil.
Stir ingredients until lumps are gone.
Pour cornbread mixture in pan.
Cook according to directions.
Bake 425 degrees for 25 minutes.

Sift dry ingredients
Add oil and buttermilk
Add enough water for thin mixture
Bake at 425-450 degrees for about 25 minutes
