Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- hot red pepper flakes, to taste
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used 5, but they were huge!)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 8 oz mozzarella, shredded
- 4 oz Parmesan, grated
- 1 (5-oz) package garlic croutons
Preparation
Step 1
In a 9x13pan, add 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 minced garlic cloves. Sprinkle red pepper flakes, Place 5-6 chix breasts on top. Cover with 2 cups tomato sauce. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil. Cover with 4 oz mozzarella cheese and 2 oz parmesan.Add garlic croutons to cover cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
