Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter

Step 1
pulse all ingredients in processor and store in fridge because of the butter. I suppose if you used shortening, then it could sit out.
