One Dish Chicken & Rice Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup water (for creamier rice, increase water to 1 1/3 cup)
  • 3/4 cup uncooked regular white rice
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Preparation

Step 1

In a 2-quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper. Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Cover.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until chiken and rice are done.
